The Daring Toad is a UK-based small business offering witchy and spiritual goods. Our products are fulfilled and shipped via trusted UK-based suppliers. We currently only ship within the UK (including Northern Ireland), The Highlands, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man & The Isle Of Wight.
2. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that:
1. You’re at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian)
2. All details provided are accurate and complete
3. You’re purchasing items for personal use only-not for resale
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, especially if fraudulent or suspicious.
3. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on our suppliers. Please allow for possible delays during peak periods or due to courier services.
Most items will arrive in plain packaging without our branding-this helps us reduce waste and support eco-conscious practices.
Delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Returns Policy. Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for opened or used ritual items, unless faulty.
Most items are shipped directly from suppliers and may arrive in original packaging.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will let you know and issue a refund.
