We want you to be happy with your magical finds from The Daring Toad. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns process works.

🔁 Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Once your return has been approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging
2. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it
3. Proof of purchase (such as your order number) must be provided
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that fail to reach us.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund within 10 working days.
Please note it may take up to 7 additional working days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund and return the funds to your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise no longer in a sellable condition. This includes items such as incense, candles, or oils once the seal has been broken or packaging has been opened.

⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We may ask for photographs of the problem to help us assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs.
